School of Public Administration holds "First Lecture on Student Leadership Training"

On the afternoon of October 19, the School of Public Administration held the "First lecture of Student Cadre Training" in the Teaching Section 212, aiming to help the new student cadre quickly integrate into the post and role, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of new and old student cadres, and cast an outstanding team of student cadres with outstanding ability and solidarity。The training will be lectured by Liu Yingjie, secretary of the Party Committee, and 23 main student cadres and previous class leaders and league branch secretaries will participate。


At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Liu Yingjie congratulated the 23rd grade student leaders on their successful election。Then, Secretary Liu put forward three requirements for grade 23 student cadres: "One is to quickly enter the role, the second is to serve students well, and the third is to learn to sum up experience and lessons.。”第三,Liu Yingjie explained in detail the fourteen character qualities that student cadres should have,Namely, patriotism, life, kindness, sincerity, benevolence, gratitude, perseverance, seeking truth, pioneer, dedication, remaining, emotional intelligence, maturity and unity,And encourage all student leaders to establish a correct political direction under the premise,Focus on communication skills,Strengthen teamwork,Constantly summarize experience in work and life,Actively improve their own character quality,Strive to become an excellent student leader。At the end of the meeting, Secretary Liu Yingjie hoped that the student cadres could not only bury their heads in the cart, but also look up at the road, both down to earth, but also look up at the sky。


The holding of this training meeting not only pointed out the direction of work for the new student cadres, but also pointed out the direction of becoming excellent student cadres for all student cadres, and played a positive role in promoting the development of student work in our college and the improvement of the character and quality of student cadres。
